This watch is a rare example of Hamilton's Power series. The two crowns allow you to set the local time and move the city disc around the edge of the dial, so you can read the time in multiple time zones simultaneously.
This world time complication, invented in 1937 by Louis Cottier, was popularized by the Patek Philippe brand.
